The Yogood Snap & Win Contest (“the Contest”) is solely organised by Shyan Trading (M)Sdn. Bhd. (“the Organiser”).
The Contest will run from 15th November 2020 till 14th January 2021.
The Contest is open to all above 18 years old residing in Malaysia only (“The Participant”), except for employees of Shyan Trading (M) Sdn. Bhd., their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies and suppliers who are ineligible to join the contest.
To participate in this contest, the Participant must carry out the following:
to purchase any Yogood products worth RM30.00 and above in a single receipt during the contest period;
AND
upload and post his/her version of creative food presentation using Yogood products in the form of a photo or video format.
Contest entries can be submitted through either one of the three (3) mentioned social media channels:
Instagram: post photo/video, along with the hashtag #yogood and setting your Instagram account privacy to be public.
Facebook: post photo/video in the contest post comment section.
WhatsApp: photo/video entries to be submitted via WhatsApp to +6011-64139018.
A minimum of one (1) Yogood product(s) must be shown in the photo/video. No other ingredient/cooking brands can be shown/contain in the said photo/video.

Each Instagram entry must be accompanied by a hashtag #yogood to be eligible for The Contest. For Facebook, the Participant's entry(ies) must be posted on the main contest posting in Yogood Malaysia's Facebook page.
Multiple entries are allowed by The Participant in condition that the presented creative photo/video is a different layout/theme for each posting.
The video format must not exceed 15 seconds per video entry.
The Participant must retain the physical copy of the official receipt to show proof thatpurchases of Yogood products were made during The Contest period from 15th November 2020 till 14th January 2021. It will be used as part of the verification process to ensure The Participant fulfil the condition stated under No.2(i) if he/she is selected as one of the winner for The Contest. Failure to do will subject The Participant’s entry to be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
By submitting a photo/video entry to The Contest, The Participant confirms that he/she is the legal and/or beneficial owner or otherwise have the intellectual property rights to submit such materials. Each entry and any part thereof shall not at any time infringe or violate any laws or the rights of third party.
Entries submitted must not have been used for any other contest(s) before.
Entries must not contain or reference of any names, products or services of any company or entity or any third party trademarks, logos, trade dress or promotion of any brand, product or services (other than the Organiser's).
The Participant agrees not to submit entries that promote or portray nudity, sexually explicit material, coarse or offensive language, racist remarks or other material susceptible of offending others whereby The Organiser reserves the right to remove or demand The Participant to remove such entry at any time in The Organiser's sole discretion.
By submitting the entries, The Participant will grant The Organiser exclusive rights of the copyright to use the photo/video entry(ies) or material submitted for library, promotional, commercial use, websites or any other form of social media usage for the Organiser’s marketing and promotional campaigns where and when deemed necessary.
All costs and expenses in connection with the production of the entry and the participation of this contest shall be fully borne by The Participant.
All entries must be received by our server system by 23:59:00 (Malaysian Time), 14th January 2021 to qualify for entry. Late and invalid entries will not be entertained.
Criteria for winner(s) selection will be based on the creativity of the photo and/or video. Judges' decision is final, conclusive and binding. No further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.
Any entry that is received out of the mentioned social media channels stated at No.3 is not eligible for The Contest and deemed void.
Winners will be announced on Yogood Malaysia Facebook and Instagram Page by 1st February 2021 and winners will be contacted via Facebook PM or telephone based on the information given by The Participant to arrange for prize collection.
If the winner cannot be reached within three (3) days, the said winner is automatically disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the winners.
The Organiser reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arises. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
All prizes are non-transferable, non- refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damages of the collected prizes.
Prizes not claimed within thirty (30) days from the date of notification will be forfeited and any enquiry thereafter will not be entertained.
All winners are required to contact Shyan Trading (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Tel: 03-5131 5027) to arrange for prize collection (The Organiser reserves the right to request all winners to collect their prizes at Shyan Trading (M) Sdn. Bhd. office).
The prize winners will receive the following:
1st Prize: RM3,000 worth of AEON vouchers.
2nd Prize: RM1,500 worth of AEON vouchers.
3rd Prize: RM1,000 worth of AEON vouchers.
10 x Consolation Prizes of Yogood products worth RM50.
By participating in The Contest, The Participant has read and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all decisions by the organizer are final and binding.
The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and participants shall be bound by such changes.
The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any contestant that isfound or suspected of tampering with the contest process.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject and/or remove any entries that are incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, invalid or do not meet The Contest’s Terms & Conditions. The Participant agrees not to knowingly damage or cause interruption to The Contest and/or prevent others from entering the said contest.
The Organiser reserves the right to revise the mechanics of The Contest, the terms and conditions, and other aspects of The Contest at its discretion without prior notice.
The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel or extend the duration of The Contest at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] resulting from their participation in this promotion, redemption, collection and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] in any manner whatsoever.
All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Promotion and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of the Website, any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or Website.

You acknowledge that you have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the contest by allowing Shyan Trading (M) Sdn Bhd to collect, use and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes:
Sending you information related to online promotions, contests and events, and related to our marketing activities, unless you have indicated to us that you do not wish for us to process your personal data for such purposes.
Using your information for marketing and statistical analysis for planning and demo-graphical use.
Complying with local law and regulatory requirements or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities.
Any other purposes related to our marketing activities.
By entering and participating, The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Organiser from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) the Participant’s participation in the Contest, or (ii) the Participation’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
